This delightful beverage combines the warmth of pumpkin spice with the rich, aromatic notes of coffee, creating a vegan-friendly indulgence perfect for cozy autumn days.


1 cup of brewed strong coffee or 2 shots of espresso
1/2 cup
of pumpkin puree
2 cups
of unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
2 tbsp
of pure maple syrup
1 tsp
of pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
1/2 tsp
of vanilla extract
Vegan whipped cream for topping (optional)
Ground cinnamon for garnish


Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup, pumpkin spice blend, and vanilla extract.
