Ingredients
200 g Swiss tomatoes (cherry or heirloom), chopped
1 medium Swiss cucumber, sliced
100 g salty local cheese, like gruyère
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
30 g walnuts, roughly chopped (optional substitute for olives)Fresh herbs (oregano, basil, or chives), finely chopped
For the dressing:
3 tbsp cold-pressed rapeseed oil

Preparations
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Cube the cheese.
