Here's a delicious, fresh, and ultra-simple nutritionally complete smoothie recipe to prepare with a good blender.
1 large handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon almond purée or linseed, walnut or hemp oil (omega 3)
2 dl plant milk
Wash and cut the banana and strawberries into smaller pieces.
Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until you obtain an homogeneous liquid.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
