Yen is a certified nutritional therapist based in Zurich. She studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and is registered with BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists). As the mother of 3 children, she devoted much time to creating wholesome recipes and encouraging healthy eating habits from the get-go. As her children grew, culinary adventures became a family project. She is fascinated by cooking traditions and learning from our elders. She believes that home cooking, unprocessed, real, seasonal food is the cornerstone to health. She is honoured to be contributing to TAKINOA, as their mission is clearly aligned with her own.
